The health crisis we have been experiencing since the beginning of 2020 has changed our lives but also our ways of communicating. Thanks to the internet, we have been able to take advantage of new possibilities to continue to maintain the link and work on your personal development (including coaching or therapy).

My work sessions are currently carried out online, via Skype, Zoom or FacteTime. 

The advantages are numerous:



Online coaching allows you to be free to choose the time and place of your session. You can carry out your session at any time or in any place. When you go on holiday, for example, you can ensure the continuity of the work we do together.


No more lost time in transport, you can connect from home or your workplace. If you travel frequently, you can keep a weekly appointment. No matter where you are, you can have your sessions regularly and not delay reaching your goals. Your time is precious, and this method allows you to optimize it. 



You no longer need to be in London or Paris to benefit from the advantages of coaching sessions. My clients live in the UK, France, Portugal, the Netherlands, in small or large cities... Today, the place of residence is no longer important to have access to work we do together.



Online sessions are also "face-to-face".

The exchanges are not strange and they take place in the same way as if they were face-to-face. I do not lose my ability to read your body language and facial expressions. Online appointments get the same quality of results as face-to-face appointments.




A lot of professional coaching takes place in the workplace. With online coaching, it is not necessary for your colleagues to see me coming in and out of your office or leaving you. You avoid any explanations to be given and above all you avoid feeling stigmatised.
