A couple is an organization in constant movement, a common work in every day life.
Before there is sadness, resentment, constant discussion, seeking consultation together is a solution to recover dialogue and try to restore a dysfunction.
TO START COUPLES THERAPY IS ALREADY A GOOD SIGN:
This means that you have decided to take a step together, so the work has already started.
You want to face the current difficulties: professional concerns, money problems, birth and new family patterns, crises of adulthood, indifference of a spouse towards experiencing difficulties of the other.

To overcome a marital crisis, it consists of being heard and feeling understood again. In the presence of a third party, we learn to communicate our needs again without hurting the feelings of our partner
I will help you change the way you communicate, to free you from the weight of emotions, to resolve existing conflicts and avoid creating others.
Throughout the sessions you:

. Accept questioning
. Re-learn to dialogue assertively
. Reduce emotional and intellectual distance,
. Create new projects as a couple.
The main goal is to restore communication within your couple with all the tools at my disposal. Whatever the outcome, my mission is to help you understand your own emotions and the reactions of others.
HOW IT WORKS
Couple therapy sessions last one hour.
Their frequency is usually bi-monthly.
I recommend an individual meeting with each partner after the first session.
